HOW DO I DEPOSIT VIA PIX?
Select one of the available financial institutions. Then, enter the amount you wish to deposit, and a QR code will be generated for the PIX payment to be made.
CAN I DEPOSIT FROM ANOTHER BANK?
Yes, you can deposit from any bank. Since PIX is a payment method provided by the Central Bank, you can use any bank that offers the PIX payment option.
WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM DEPOSIT LIMITS?
The minimum limit is R$ 3.00, and the maximum is R$ 10,000.00.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE MONEY TO BE AVAILABLE IN MY ACCOUNT?
The money will be available in your account after the payment processing by the platform's payment methods.

I MADE A PAYMENT VIA PIX, BUT I DIDN'T GENERATE THE QR CODE ON THE SITE, WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DEPOSIT?
For your deposit to be credited to your account, you must make the PIX transfer from your online bank using the QR code generated on the site.
In case of an incorrect deposit, refunds take 24 to 48 business hours.

IF I MAKE AN INCORRECT DEPOSIT, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE REVERSED?

Withdrawal Rules

All withdrawals are approved by our internal review team, which can take up to 24 hours. Once we process your withdrawal.

In exceptional cases, it is still possible to cancel the transaction, depending on whether it has not been processed yet.
